There are four parts of our service that Biz.net cannot offer, and they make the difference. The following assumes a $100/month plan.

| Each month, we bank $25 towards a phone consultation to discuss your performance and strategize. After four months, if you have not called, we'll suggest a quarterly check-up. | Sit down at your computer some day (we're here until 6pm), pick up the phone, and ask how your ad is doing. We use screen-sharing software to help you interpret your reports. |
| When we set up your campaign, we configure Adwords to send progress reports. We can have them sent to you as well, if you are willing. They can be daily, weekly, or monthly. | For your first consult, when you're ready, open one of your Adwords reports (so we're looking at the same numbers) and we'll talk you through it |
| In your first consult, we decide together what a "significant change" would be in your ad performance, which is based on numbers particular to your keywords and zip code. | If your ad performance statistics ever reach the threshold we set in that first consult, we will contact you for your decision about how to respond. |
| Although we pledge not to bother our Fat Free Google clients with offers, we do provide a customized monthly tipsheet with tips and one suggestion just for you. | If you do not want to receive our monthly tipsheet, tell us so. Otherwise, we hope you'll open the email and check the recommendation we made for your account. |
